  • 2026 LPGA Amateurs Lower Mainland Vancouver Island Tee Time Booking Policy

LPGA Amateurs Lower Mainland Vancouver Island has the following policy regarding tee times. Please read it and flag a Chapter Leader for any clarifications!

    1. Tee times are posted on our Chapter web site as soon as they are booked.

    2. Tee times are opened 14 days prior to the date. We cannot hold spots prior to this 14-day window. Members may sign up via the Chapter WhatsApp group or by emailing lpgaamateurslmbc@gmail.com

    3. Tee Times will be designated as "Members Only" or "Open". Players will be assigned to tee times according to the following priorities:

Open Tee Times (e.g. Golden Eagle and more, open to both members and non-members)

Members-Only Tee Times (e.g. Mylora Mondays and more)
    • Members get priority access for the first 48 hours after tee time is opened.

    • After 48 hours, non-members may request a spot.

    • As long as a spot is open, members may sign up anytime up to the date of the tee time
    • Signups are first come, first served.
    • A waitlist will be opened for tee times that are full.

Once you have accepted a tee time, a Chapter Leader will clarify whether payment is at the clubhouse or directly to the Chapter.

    Cancellation Guidelines:

    • For individuals: if you need to cancel within 24 hours of the tee time, the Chapter will make a reasonable effort to fill your spot from the waitlist, if there is one. Simultaneously, individuals should try to find a player to fill their spot. If the spot is not filled, the player who cancels within 24 hours may be asked to cover the booking fee for that tee time (if applicable).

      • Individuals with multiple cancellations in a season may lose priority for future tee time reservations. Please only sign up for a tee time if you are committed to play. Please inform a Chapter Leader if you need to cancel; do not “no-show”.

    • For weather-related reasons: cancellation is at the discretion of the Chapter. A minimum of 24 hours notice will be given to all players who have signed up.

    Fair Signup Guidelines:

    • While tee time signup is on a first come, first served basis, tee times are intended to provide all members with a fair chance to participate and play. Members are expected to act in good faith and avoid behaviours that limit access for others. If the same member is booking the same tee times at a frequency that may prevent others from playing, that member may be placed on a temporary waitlist to allow others time to book.

  • Women golfers of all abilities will love this event in Vancouver!

Open to women who golf at all abilities, the Summer Scramble is an event you shouldn't miss!

Your ticket includes 9 holes of golf at this beautiful executive length golf course, a 30-ball warm-up bucket to hit at the range (so arrive early), a pull cart and a morning of fun friendly competition with other ladies. Our tournament will be a scramble format and there will be prizes for longest drive and closest to the pin!

LONGEST DRIVE Prize, CLOSEST TO THE PIN Prize,  and DOOR PRIZES!

Stay tuned for more prize announcements including our Grand Prize for the winning team.

If you've never been part of a scramble tournament, they are a super fun and relaxed way to enjoy golf and a great way to introduce low-key competition to your game, no matter your skill level. Every team member hits a ball from the tee, then the team chooses which shot to hit next and everyone hits from that spot until the ball goes in the hole.

Come at 10:00 am to hit your warm-up bucket and meet everyone! Tee times start at 10:40 am with the last group starting at 11:30 am. When all groups are finished we'll eat, socialize and do some giveaways! (food & beverage are available for purchase at the clubhouse)

You may request one partner to play with and there will be a total of 4 players per team.

This event is open to both LPGA Amateurs Association members and non-members.

    Tickets available here through Eventbrite!

    See you August 16!!!!
