During this holiday, we would like to support The Connecticut Alliance for Victims of Violence and Their Families (CT Alive). CT Alive is a nonprofit organization that offers programs to woman and their children who have experienced domestic violence, childhood abuse and sexual abuse. All services they offer are free of charge.  It is their goal to help women achieve financial empowerment and to move on in their lives.

As women work to rebuild their lives, the holiday time is especially difficult and often a time when they feel like they are not able to make it on their own.  CT Alive works to ensure these woman and children do not return to an abusive situation through support and goal setting and helping to break down the barriers that are standing in their way.

Please consider bringing a donation to our gathering to help make the lives of these families easier during the holidays.

Gift ideas:
**gift cards from grocery stores, Walmart, Target, etc.,
**unwrapped children’s toys for any age

We usually get a big turn out to this fun event,
so please  to RSVP soon - we hope to see you there!
