Jody Jackson Golf to Offer Cowichan Valley Development Leagues and
Remote Coaching in Response to Soft Re-Opening of Golf Courses

LPGA Coach, Jody Jackson, will be launching a Development League for Cowichan Valley golfers, along with an optional remote coaching program.  Anyone who has approved playing access to their golf course can join their preferred golf league and/or combine their league membership with a play-based coaching program with former BC Provincial Coach and LPGA Global Education Instructor, Jody Jackson.

Details:

1. Golf Developmental Leagues powered by Operation36^©Golf
   1. Adults, Women Only and Youth
   2. Weekly 9-hole Challenges (at your own golf course)
   3. Progress tracked online (Mobile App or Desktop)
   4. Points Leaderboard (not score), Achievement Recognition and Support

1. Remote or Digital Coaching
   1. Weekly 9-hole Challenges (at your own golf course)
   2. Weekly Coach Chat via Zoom Conferencing (Household – Private or Family)
   3. Weekly Video Training Drills/Exercises (Mobile App or Desktop)

The Golf Development League aims to support those who want to continue to improve their golf skills through weekly 9-hole challenges. For more information go to https://operation36.golf/development-league/ 

During the weekly online Coach Chats, participants will reflect on their 9-Hole results and Coach Jackson will provide insight into improvement strategies.  The video training will address training elements such as Hold (Grip), Posture, Alignment, Putting, Green Reading, Playable Ball Flight, Power, Performance and more.

It is of the utmost importance that all participants abide by the Covid-19 guidelines provided by their local facility, province and federal authorities. The Safety Guidelines that will be in place are:

1. Social distancing of 6'(2m) or more during 9-hole matches.

2. The student is the only person to touch their clubs, bags and golf balls.

3. Recommendation to play in twosomes and/or only those that live in the same household.

4. Playing Data and coaching will be uploaded and delivered digitally on the Operation36 App
