• Friday, March 8th - Practice Rounds/Welcome reception
• Saturday, March 9th- Match Play/Lunch and Awards

Place: Port Royal Golf & Tennis Club, Hilton Head Island 

• Participants: Each team can send 16 players
• The cost is $ 175 per person. 
• Format: Match Play on March 9^th.  The Golf Club will block off times for practice rounds on Friday, March 8th. Each team will be responsible for scheduling their practice tee times (Local rates apply) with the PR Pro Shop. I will let you know when they are ready to take tee-time reservations.
• Meals: Welcome reception on Friday night and lunch following the event on Saturday.

Hotels: These two are the closest, but there are many on the island to choose from. 

• Hampton Inn - has set aside a block of rooms for the teams to reserve. $159 per night. To reserve a room, click HERE.  Attendees can also call 1-800-HAMPTON to book referencing the Amateurs Hwy Series Golf Tourn or the group code LPG. Deadline for booking is 2/16/24.
