TRAVELING TEE CUP

Team Composition: A Chapter Team consists of four (4) members who have a verifiable USGA Handicap Index.  The maximum allowable Handicap is 40.0; competitors with a handicap higher than 40.0 will play with a Course Handicap equal to that of a player with a 40.0 handicap. 

Format: Four-Ball Match Play. Match Play is a format of play that is scored in a hole-by-hole competition; within each foursome, the team with the lowest net score on a hole wins that hole.   

Location: Southwood Golf Club is located in the capital city, Tallahassee. PGA tour legend Fred Couples and renowned architect Gene Bates partnered to design the course embracing the beautiful tall pines intermingled with the mighty oaks where the Spanish moss billows with the wind. While it sounds scenic, the trees enjoy a bit of THEIR own fun when they decide to impede your ball and drop it in a fiendish spot.

•  Friday, June 20: Practice Rounds Available between 12:30-6:00pm. (call the Pro Shop for a tee time)
• Price for Practice Round: $50.00 paid at the pro shop
• Teams Meet-N-Greet Happy Hour starting at 6:30pm.at SW that includes Hors d’oeuvres and rules review session
• Saturday, June 21:
• 8:00 am check-in
• Continental Breakfast
• Practice Facility w Range Balls 
• 9:00AM Shotgun Start
• 1:30 pm Luncheon Fusion Stir Fry buffet and awards

Registration:  

• Cost is $100.00 per golfer for Friday evening social and Saturday tournament

 (includes Range Balls/Breakfast/Greens(cart)Fee/Lunch/Awards)

• Registration is by invitation from Golf Genius
• Please provide:
• The name and email address of each member on the chapter team so that an invite can be sent to register in Golf Genius
• Share this email with each team member so they will be aware of all the details for the event
