Our LPGA Western New York Chapter participated in a virtual scramble, an opportunity to compete with fellow LPGA Amateurs members from the US, Canada, Bermuda, and the Dominican Republic in a 4-person scramble. Carol Barron, Marcia Osuch, Cindy Halm and Cheryl Godfrey made up the team, and play was at Deerwood Golf Course in North Tonawanda. The weather was hot, the golf was good, and the event was fun! Hope next year we can see more teams participate.
The funds from the Virtual Scramble benefit the Women on Par Scholarship. This scholarship has empowered over 30 women to pursue higher education, helping them get "on par" with their peers and driving toward a better future!
