Cost: $200 per team + green fees (approx. $90 per person)

The LPGA Amateurs Virtual Scramble is an opportunity for you to compete with fellow LPGA Amateurs members from the US, Canada, Bermuda, and the Dominican Republic in a 4-person scramble. We have reserved 4 tee times at Forest Creek Golf Club on March 8 for this event. 

The funds from the Virtual Scramble ($200 per team) benefit the Women on Par Scholarship. This scholarship has empowered over 30 women to pursue higher education, helping them get "on par" with their peers and driving toward a better future! Your support does more than provide financial assistance; it gives the gift of confidence to resilient women.

FUN Division! - New for 2024

LPGA Amateurs is bringing a new element to the Virtual Scramble this year for those who don’t carry a handicap or just want to play for the fun team names, potential matching outfits, and the great cause!

Teams may choose to play nine or 18 holes and do not need to submit a scorecard for scoring. Prizes will be awarded in both divisions!

Registration Procedures (2-steps)

1. Please email EventsLPGAAmateursAustin@gmail.com so we can reserve the tee time at Forest Creek. You will pay the green fees at the clubhouse on the day of the scramble. 

2. The link to register for the virtual scramble is https://www.golfgenius.com/pages/5191727. One person per team will register on behalf of the entire team. Those that register the team will need every player’s up to date handicap index at the time of registration (if playing in competitive division only).

1. Please note this person will have to pay for everyone at the time of registration and reimbursement should be handled amongst the team. If other teammates would like an individual receipt for a tax write off, please email golfevents@lpgaamateurs.com to request one.

Please note that you must find your own team of 4 ladies to play. We will not be assisting you in forming teams.

Submitting Scorecards

Format

• The tournament is a 4-person scramble competition using the Ambrose handicap system for scoring.

• * The Ambrose Team Handicap method is fifty percent of the average of the four players’ Course Handicaps rounded to the nearest whole number.

• Due to this being a virtual scramble we will be using LPGA International - Jones Course to calculate Course Handicaps.
