Join the LPGA Amateur Golf Association Cape Fear/Wilmington Chapter today!
The LPGA Amateur Golf Association exists to connect women to learn, play and enjoy golf for business and for fun. Since its inception in 1991, the LPGA Amateur Golf Association (formerly known as Executive Women’s Golf Association – EWGA) has served as a portal to golf and touched the lives of thousands of women of all skill levels. LPGA Amateur Golf Association has Chapters throughout the United States and Internationally.
The LPGA Amateur Golf Association Cape Fear/Wilmington, NC Chapter was established in 2005 and the membership reflects a cross-section of individuals from different industries in Southeastern North Carolina that all share a common link - GOLF. The area includes Jacksonville and Wilmington. We play courses in Onslow, Pender, New Hanover, Bladen and Brunswick Counties. The LPGA Amateurs – Cape Fear/Wilmington is your best place to get involved, get connected and to have fun playing the game of golf.
Everyone is welcome, including those who want to learn how to golf, those who enjoy playing casual golf and the more experienced (and perhaps competitive) players! Our chapter activities typically include: member recruitment events, weekly "after work" 9-hole league play, business networking and social functions, weekend golf outings, golf rules and etiquette seminars, education programs and clinics, and a Local Chapter Championship. Members also have opportunities to participate in national and regional including a Scramble Open, Stroke Play Championship and a Match Play series.
Guests considering membership in our Chapter are welcome to participate in two events before joining! Check out our calendar for upcoming events and feel free to contact us anytime!
