Cancellation Policy:
Cancel before deadline: $10 admin fee charged; this fee will apply to credits & refunds
Cancel after deadline: Non-refundable
Extenuating Circumstances? Credit/refund minus the $10 fee will be granted
Chapter Event Cancellation: Full refund/credit issued
