⛳ Tee Time Guidelines

These guidelines help keep our play days organized, fair, and fun for all members. Thank you for supporting smooth and enjoyable outings!

First Come, First Served

  • Tee times are assigned in the order of RSVP through evite.

  • If more players sign up than spots available, a waitlist will be created.

  • If someone cancels, the next person on the waitlist will be offered that spot.

Cancellation Policy

  • If you must cancel, update your evite RSVP to “No.”

  • Please cancel at least 24 hours before play so we can notify the course and offer your spot to another member.

  • No-shows may be responsible for charges incurred by the Chapter.

Tee Times & Play Dates

  • Typically 2–3 tee times will be booked, as available.

  • Tee times are secured at least one week in advance and posted through evite.

  • If a scheduled course is unavailable, the event coordinator may substitute an alternate course.

Pairings

  • Pairings will be sent out the day before the event.

  • Please check your assigned tee time, meet your group at the course, and check in together.

Weather Conditions

  • Severe weather may result in canceling a play day.

  • If this happens, the event coordinator will notify all participants via evite and/or text.

No-Shows

  • No-shows inconvenience the course and fellow members who may have wanted to play.

  • If you cannot attend at the last minute, contact the event coordinator via text ASAP.

  • The coordinator’s phone number will be included in each evite.
