Cancellation Policy

 Full refunds will be allowed up to 30 days prior to the event.

Partial refunds are allowed up to 15 days preceding the event.

No refunds allowed from 14 days to the event due to the costs invested to produce this event.

Processing fees will not be refunded, and the $3.00 processing fee incurred by the refund will subtracted from your refund.

Each is subject to slightly different rulings based on the cost of running the event. 

Guest Policy

Members are encouraged to bring family, friends, and other guests to our events that include guest signups. We ask that you limit bringing the same guest to two (2) LPGA Amateurs events in the same season. We are happy to discuss the benefits of LPGA Amateurs with anyone that would like to golf with us more than twice!
