Morning League
Location: Sycamore Creek Golf Course 1991 Manakin Rd Manakin Sabot, VA 23103
Format: 18 Holes + optional lunch to follow
Dates: Every Wednesday morning beginning April 9th thru Oct 29th
Tee Times: 9:04, 9:12, 9:20 am
Switch on 6/4 to 8:32, 8:40, 8:48
Switch back 10/1 to 9:04, 9:12, 9:20
Cost: $45 including cart; players pay the course directly upon arrival. Lunch is optional and individual pay
Max# of players: 12 with potential for 16 if more tee times available

CHAPTER COMPETITIONS (NEW!!)
Match Play
Join us for what I think is the funnest way to play golf: Match Play. Why is match play so fun? One bad hole --- and you're still in it to win it!
You could score a 10 and your opponent shoots a 3 and it's only a loss of a hole. Or you could score a 3 and your opponent scores a 2 and guess what? It's only a loss of a hole.
Match Play League has two divisions. Once a month, you'll schedule a 9 hole round with your opponent any place or time. League play is an excellent time to play the match. In September we'll have a final round and post party.
You need a handicap (GHIN) to join and you can establish your GHIN with only 3 rounds of 18 holes of golf.

Richmond Capital Cup
Cost: $35.00 flat fee
This is a fun competition between members with weekly cash prizes as well as season final cash prizes. Prizes are pooled from the entry fees.
- # of flights will be determined based on the total number of participants after registrations close.
- Pairings will be based on 8 +/- stroke differential whenever possible.
- Pairings to be determined by the chapter's Handicap and Pairing chairs
- A player cannot be both a gross and net winner in her flight. Gross prevails.
- Weekly winners (First Gross and First Net for each flight) will be announced at the conclusion of each REC event along with cash prizes.
- Season winners (First & Second Gross and First & Second Net for each flight) will be determined by totaling each player's lowest 4 gross and net scores. Lowest total scores win. (Net scores will be calculated by a player's gross score minus their course handicap). Cash Prizes.
- USGA rules are in effect
- You must post your scores to be eligible to compete

- Lake Chesdin: Saturday July 26th
- Pendleton Golf Club: Saturday August 9th
- Kiskiack: Saturday August 23rd
