Chapter Policies

CODE OF CONDUCT

All members and participants shall comply with the LPGA Amateurs Association's Code of Conduct during all Chapter and Assocation activities and events.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Event Cancellations
It happens, even in California! If there is cancellation of an event due to weather and the course/event agrees to release the Chapter of financial responsibility, the event will either be rescheduled or all fees refunded. If rescheduled, the Chapter will give current participants an opportunity to cancel with refund within a specific time frame. The Events Coordinator or committee designee will always work with the courses to provide the Chapter with a 'fair' financial decision.

Player Cancellations
We also know that sometimes life gets in the way of our golf fun!  If you need to cancel prior to the close of registration, we will either issue you a refund, or a credit toward an upcoming event, less a $5.00 administration fee.

Should you need to cancel after registration for an event that is closed we will:
1.  First check with any players that might be waitlisted for the event or requested to play after the registration was closed.
2.  Next, ask for you to find a substitute to take your place

If your spot cannot be filled, we will be unable to provide a refund, as we are contractually obligated to the venue for the headcount provided at the time we closed the registration.

EVENT REGISTRATION & GUESTS
Event registration is available two ways:  1) On this website under Chapter Events or 2) Emails to our members. Last minute registrations may be possible but is at the discretion of the Event Coordinator depending on the event venue. Please see the Cancellation Policy for additional details about registration and cancellations.

Send us an email and we can provide detailed LPGA Amateurs Chapter Bylaws and Local Chapter Policies.
