Cancellation Policy For Wine Country Chapter Events

• If you cancel by the close of registration date, we will refund the amount, less a handling fee of $10
• If you cancel after the close of registration, there will be no refund as we are contractually committed to the golf course
• If you cancel after the close of registration and we are able to move someone from the waitlist into your spot, a refund will be provided, less a handling fee of $10
• Waitlisted players will have priority when filling spots. If there is no waitlist, you may look for a replacement player. If you find one, they must register and pay via Golf Genius and be confirmed for the event before a refund is made to you, minus a handling fee of $10
