Cancellation Policy For Wine Country Chapter Events

• Cancellations must be requested via Golf Genius or by emailing the chapter: WineCountryLPGAAmateurs@Yahoo.com
• To request via Golf Genius: Go to your registration in Golf Genius and click on the edit registration button (see screen shot below)
• If you cancel by the close of registration date, we will refund the amount you have paid
• If you cancel after the close of registration, there will be no refund as we are contractually committed to the golf course
• If you cancel after the close of registration and we are able to move someone from the waitlist into your spot, a refund will be provided
• Waitlisted players will have priority when filling spots. If there is no waitlist, you may look for a replacement player.
• If you find one, they must register and pay via Golf Genius and be confirmed for the event before a refund is made to you.
