Participant Refund/Cancellation Policy
Golf Events
For cancellations made more than 14 days before the event, the chapter will refund the registration fee minus a $10 service charge.
In lieu of requesting a refund, attendees can arrange for a replacement and notify the events team of any changes without a fee, as long as any changes are made within 48 hours of the event.

Event Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of a Social Event or Golf Event is at the discretion of the Host Venue Staff, Golf Course Staff, and the LPGA Amateurs Austin Golf Events co-Chairs. Every effort will be made to play as scheduled. If an event is cancelled, the Events Committee will notify attendees and players via e-mail or text message. The treasurer will fully refund members who have paid for the event.
