NEW: Cancellation Policy for Golf Events - Effective July 1, 2023

The Board recognizes the amount of time and effort that goes into the planning, producing, coordinating, then executing each of our many different weekend events. The pairings are created immediately following the event cutoff. Our numbers are then guaranteed to the course at that time.

The Board also acknowledges that occasionally, a member may need to cancel her registration. Cancellations that occur PRIOR to the event cutoff date should be made within the Golf Genius portal and refunds will be processed (less the $2.00 fee). If, in that rare circumstance where you must cancel AFTER pairings have come out, NO REFUND CAN BE PROVIDED.
