1. Tee Time Selection Emails
   • Each Sunday, you will receive an email with links to select your tee time\
     • Tuesday – Doon Classic 9
       • 4 tee times
       • Starting between 4:48 PM – 5:15 PM
     • Thursday – Rockway Daytime (18 Holes)
       • 5 tee times
       • Starting between 12:00 PM – 12:36 PM
     • Thursday – Rockway After Work (9 Holes)
       • 11 tee times
       • Starting between 4:30 PM – 6:00 PM
   • In addition, we will host a special weekend event each month.
2. How to Sign Up
   • Tee time selection and event registration are completed through Golf Genius.
   • Use your LPGA Amateur username and password to access the tee time links

     • Tip: Save your login details for quick access

   • Instructional videos are available on the  Waterloo Landing pages of Golf Genius to guide you through tee time selection and event registration
     
     

3. Tee Time Sign-Up Windows

   • Tuesday – Doon Classic 9

     • Opens: Sunday at 8:30 AM (9 days before play)

     • Closes: Sunday at 7:00 AM (2 days before play)

   • Thursdays (Rockway)

     • Opens: Sunday at 8:30 AM (11 days before play)

     • Closes: Tuesday at 7:00 AM (2 days before play)

Cancelation & Changes:

Please review the Cancellation/Changes section on the Waterloo Chapter Weekday Site on Golf Genius.

The process will depend on whether the tee sheet is still visible on the site.

Chronogolf by Lightspeed App – Required

New this season, Kitchener Golf (Rockway and Doon) requires all players to use the Chronogolf by Lightspeed app to manage tee times.

• This app serves as your electronic tee time record with Kitchener Golf.

• Once tee sheets are submitted to the course, changes must be made:

  • Through the app, or

  • By calling the course directly

Please download the app, install it, and create your account.

Note: Credit card information is required but will only be used in the event of a no-show charge.
