League Play

THURSDAY NIGHT
9 HOLE LEAGUE PLAY

Mark your calendar and make plans to join our Chapter’s Thursday Night League Play. League night will start with 9 holes of golf and continue with fun, food, drinks and prizes at “The 19^thHole” following play.

Where:  Cypress Point Country Club
               5340 Club House Road
               Virginia Beach, VA 23455

When:  Every Thursday beginning April 11th – August 29^th

Time:  In carts at 5:15 pm and a Shotgun start at 5:30 pm

Fee:  Report to the Pro Shop and pay weekly fee of $20.00 per player.  A shared bucket of range balls will be available for those who wish to arrive early and hit a few.

Registration:  Sign up by emailing the pro shop by 2:00 pm on the day of event at proshop@cypresspointcc.com. Locate your golf card with your name on it by 5:15 pm.  We will begin with a shotgun start at 5:30 pm.  To ensure everyone has an opportunity to get t know other league players, pairings will be made by the pro shop. You may request to be paired with someone the first few weeks.

Rules:  Thursday is a time for fun and getting to know other members and guests.  Even with the focus on fun, there is one important rule we must continue to follow; PACE OF PLAY!  It is important all groups keep up with the group in front of you.  We want all players to be able to complete their round before dark and make their way to "The 19th Hole.
