A new course on our calendar for 2019 and the course has great plans for us! Your registration fee includes cart and a hot dog lunch! According to Captains Kathy Malmfeldt and Diane Okamoto the theme is “May Flowers," so dress in floral prints or colors and play “Weed your Garden” - dig out 3 ugly weeds from your garden (scorecard), net score is your 15 best holes minus your full handicap.

This is an annual team event where 8-woman teams from chapters across the country compete in a dual-format match play tournament (four-ball and singles). 

Entries are open to all LPGA Amateur Golf Association members in good standing who have a verifiable USGA Handicap Index and meet all LPGA Amateurs eligibility requirements for competition

September 28-29, at Red Hawk Golf Club in Sparks, NV
November 2-3 at Reunion Resort, Orlando, FL

INTEREST FORM SIGN-UPS now open. We hope to form at least two teams but encourage anyone interested in experiencing match play competition to sign up, even if you are new to it. For the initial team, preference will be given to those committed to advancing. Detailed information HERE. Signups will close on May 10, with team(s) being selected and announced by the end of May.

  • Biggest Loser Handicap Challenge Is Back!
    The goal of this National challenge is to lower your Handicap Index. Participants are flighted and the winners of each flight will receive a prize. The player who lowers her Handicap Index by the most strokes will win the Grand Prize - a round of golf for the winner and a guest with 2-time LPGA Major Champion, Brittany Lincicome!

  • The Women on Par Scholarship Program has officially launched for 2019! This year we have narrowed our focus in order to have a more direct impact on our members and their family’s lives. We’re excited to announce we have changed the eligibility requirements to only LPGA Amateur members, daughters and granddaughters of members.   • New Chapter Sites have launched. Thank you to all the volunteers who helped to launch their new Chapter sites!
  • The LPGA Women’s Network has launched their new podcast “Talk Birdie to Me.”  Hosted by former LPGA Tour player turned journalist Anya Alvarez, this podcast is the first of its kind and is dedicated to sharing conversations centered around women's golf and the issues you care about most.  Click here to listen to the first episode featuring Cheyenne Woods and Shasta Averyhardt who share their thoughts on diversity and representation in golf.

Click here to go to Volunteer Home Page. $55 Volunteer Package includes official volunteer polo, choice of volunteer hat or visor, breakfast and lunch on the days you work. Plus 2 grounds tickets for friends and family. Remember! LPGA Amateurs get in free to all LPGA Tour events! Our Chapter will be marshaling the 16th hole so be sure to select that when registering.

Booth Volunteers Also Needed!

We are also seeking volunteers to help promote LPGA Amateurs in the official booth. Shifts are available Thursday - Saturday, from 8am - 6pm and Sunday from 9am - 7pm. Every volunteer will receive a free LPGA Amateurs logo'd shirt (color is Coastal Blue) and if you sign up by April 7, your shirt will be waiting for you in the booth (otherwise shirt delivery in time for the event cannot be guaranteed).
