"The Cracked Open".........Cuz were scrambling to have a great time!  Saturday September 21st, 1:30 start time

This years Member Appreciation"Cracked Open" will be held at Heritage Eagle Bend. 

It will be a Fore Person Scramble, so if you want to play with your buds, fine by us, just let us know who your two-some or fore-some is two weeks before the event so we can make proper pairings. 

As usual we will have some fun games to play while on the course, and some prizes to give away. Of course you'll get some great swag to take home as our Thank You for being a Member of LPGA Amateur Golf Association

Membership in LPGA Amateur Golf Association is required to participate in the Leagues as well as the Ease at the Tees Program.  Register here.

If you want to register as a sub with any of the leagues you need to access it through our TEAM APP.  Join the access group for whatever League you would like to sub for.  You will then be able to join in the CHAT group and see the calendar events.  If you have any questions feel free to reach out to me at 303-547-5514.  Melanie

Sectional Qualifier Results

Congratulations to our WINNERS!

The LPGA Amateurs Denver Chapter had a great representation at the Central Plains Sectional Qualifiers at the Tiburon Golf Club in Omaha, NE on Saturday, July 20. We had 5 individual stroke players and 2 scramble teams participating and we did great. I want to thank all that qualified for coming to Omaha. It might have been hot and humid, but we still had fun. We survived the heat.

Call for Nominations

It’s that time of year again where we are looking for new leaders to join the Denver LPGA Amateurs Board of Directors. Nominations are now opened for the following positions.

  • President - 1-year term
  • Membership Recruitment Director (recruiting new members) – 2-year term
  • Membership Service Director (membership retention) – 2-year term
  • Financial Director – 2 Year Term

Here are the basic requirements to become a board member. Prior volunteer organization experience is welcomed.
Personal Characteristics of Board Members:

  • Ability to listen, analyze, think creatively
  • Work one-on-one with people and in a group setting
  • Ability to engage others, inspire them to action, and build community
  • Trustworthy and optimistic
  • Good Communicator – positive in their communications, responsive, and a good listener
  • Ability to be objective and impartial to see different perspectives
  • Open to new ideas
  • Patient
  • Passion for the organization
