This membership is only offered to those who are active members in the LPGA Amateurs SF Bay Area Chapter

Establishing a handicap is easy and is part of the fun of playing golf.  It helps to track your progress.  Having a handicap helps to “level the playing field” and enables you to participate in many events.  Our handicaps are administered through the Northern California Golf Association (NCGA).

NCGA membership pays for itself! Along with receiving a handicap, you will also get member discounts to Poppy Hills and Poppy Ridge, two beautiful NCGA golf courses.  Play in NCGA events - Stroke & match play, four-ball, scramble and other fun formats. Go on member outings to private courses, and take member trips to bucket-list destinations.  You don’t need be a great golfer, but you do need to be a member of NCGA to participate.

Come and play the new, 18 hole, Championship course at Poppy Ridge. In 2024 Poppy Ridge was undergoing a transformation creating a dedicated 9 hole course (The Ridge) and a new fully renovated and redesigned 18 hole, championship course.

Bay Area golf fans, get ready for the return of the world’s best golfers! The LPGA Tour will head to Sharon Heights Golf & Country Club for the 2026 Fortinet Founders Cup. On March 19-22, 2026, for the first full-field event of the season and the start of a new chapter in the long history of women’s golf in Northern California.

As an LPGA Amateur Member, you will have free admission + one guest. Don't miss this opportunity to see some of the best golfers, playing here in the San Francisco Bay Area.  

Read these instructions before you sign in, and sign up to get tickets, There are several steps to access the free tickets.

First, you will need to setup a SeatGeek account. Tickets will be digital, accessed via an app on your phone. This setup will include providing your email address, phone number and other contact information. Critical step, be sure to use the same email address for this account as you use for your LPGA Amateur membership account.

1.  Register for a SeatGeek account using your LPGA Amateurs email address. You can register HERE. If you already have a SeatGeek account with your LPGA Amateurs email address, you can skip this step.
2. Once you have a SeatGeek account, please link it to the LPGA SeatGeek portal HERE.
3. Once logged in and linked, you will be able to use the links under "TICKET INFO" to access your complimentary tickets. Reminder: complimentary tickets will only display as an option if you are currently logged into the SeatGeek account associated with your LPGA Amateurs email address.
4. Once you get to the ticket page, select the ticket option / day that's best for you, then add them to your cart. Once in your cart, you will see the price change to $0. 
5. You will then need to "purchase" the tickets, providing a credit card, apple pay, or other payment method, however you will not be charged.
6. If the price in cart is not $0, try again, and or, reach out to LPGA Ticketing, using the address provided in step 7 for help.
7. If you have questions about SeatGeek or run into any challenges, please reach out to ticketing@lpga.com.

Come and join our Chapter and maybe some friends from the north, our Sister Chapter, Wine Country. to play this fun course and cool off as we move into summer . 

Come play a member favorite set in the rolling hills above Crystal Springs reservoir. 

We return to this challenging course some call the tail of two courses. With the front 9, will ease you into a friendly round with friends, while the back 9, with make you wonder why you took up this silly game!  It's a beautiful course set in the foothills of Pleasanton.

The California Cup (Cal Cup)  - now in it's 18th year!  Save the dates, November 6 - 8

By registering here, you are requesting additional information about Cal Cup, and your interest in getting onto a mailing list for updates, and being a member of the team.  Team selection will happen later in the year once we have more details and firm up who can participate. 

This annual tournament is a competition consisting of teams representing each of the California LPGA Amateur Chapters and the Northern Nevada Chapter.  This is a three day event, one day of practice and two days of competition.  This year's tournament will be held in Anaheim at the Anaheim Hills Golf Club, hosted by the Orange Country Chapter
