About Madison Reading Project
Madison Reading Project is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to providing free books and literacy resources that foster a love for reading while celebrating the diversity of young readers. Founded in 2014, the organization works to address the lack of book access in underserved communities by supplying books to children, families, and educators. With over 250 community partners, they are on track to distribute their millionth book by the end of the year. Their efforts help children see themselves as readers and spread the joy of books, inspiring the next generation of
lifelong readers!
By joining forces, we aim to raise critical funds to support Madison Reading Project’s literacy programming, which helps educators with free books and resources to teach reading skills and empowers children ages birth - 18 and their families to incorporate reading and literacy skills into their daily lives. We look forward to hosting you for this year’s event with great anticipation, knowing
that it will be a resounding success with your support! Together, we will amplify Madison Reading Project’s mission and enhance our efforts to create a community where every child has what they need to become confident readers.
