Our very own Angie Niehoff is the very honored recipient of this year's Nancy Oliver, Act Like a Founder Award!

This National award recognizes a member who:

• displays exceptional long-term volunteer leadership and service to the LPGA Amateur Golf Association,
• exemplifies the passion, spirit and mission of the LPGA Amateurs by enriching women's lives through the game of golf,
• inspires and develops new leaders and the desire to leave the Chapter and the LPGA Amateur Golf Association better than they found it.

Angie was a founding member of the Miami chapter and has been continually in service for our organization over the past 30 years! It is mind-boggling how many roles she has played in this organization as she has tirelessly volunteered her time to the EWGA and LPGAA!

Nancy Oliver surprised Angie with the news at a luncheon last week, where she showed up unannounced, with flowers and balloons so it was a TOTAL surprise! It was a very special moment for Angie who was honored to be recognized and grateful that she was able to share it with other founding members of the Miami chapter with whom she was having lunch!
