The Rochester Region, NY Chapter was first incorporated in September 2003 as the Greater Rochester Chapter of the Executive Women's Golf Association (EWGA). It was first established for a way for women in business to network with each other and to grow business connections. Later when the EWGA was folded into the LPGA family, the Chapter became the Rochester Region, NY Chapter of the LPGA Amateur Association.

Our Chapter serves over 200 members from the Greater Rochester area and beyond, with some living as far as Corning. Our events and leagues have been held at more than 25 golf clubs and courses around the area, providing members with ample opportunities to enjoy the great game of golf together.
