Registration & Payment

⏰ Registration Deadline:
All registrations and payments are due by 5:00 PM on the Sunday prior to each day of play.
No exceptions! Unfortunately, we cannot accept late entries or payments for league play.

Player Cancellations

Before Midnight on Sunday:
If you need to cancel, notify the League Play Coordinator before midnight on Sunday. Your payment will be refunded, minus a $10 administration fee.

Finding a Substitute:
If you can’t play, please find another Chapter member to take your spot. Notify the League Play Coordinator of your replacement as soon as possible and arrange payment directly with them.
Want to be a substitute player? Text your contact info to the League Coordinator and note which league/date you’d like to sub for.
(Emergency situations may be considered on a case-by-case basis.)

Same-Day Cancellations:
As a courtesy to your fellow players, please contact the League Play Coordinator if you must cancel on the day of play.
No refunds are given for same-day cancellations, and payments cannot be applied to a future round.
