Registration and Payment are due by 10 pm on the Sunday prior to each day of play.  No Exceptions! Sorry, but we cannot accept late payments and/or registration for league play.

Weather Cancellation– ONLY THE COURSECAN CANCEL.  We will reschedule if they do.   “No-show” =  No refund. 

Player Cancellation The League Play Coordinator must be notified before midnight on Sunday.  Payment will be refunded, EXCEPT for a $10.00 administration fee.

Player Cancellation – Please find a Chapter member to play in your place. Notify the League Play Coordinator of your replacement as soon as possible, and make any financial arrangements with your replacement. If you would like to be a sub, text your contact information to the League Coordinator and indicate which league/date you would like to sub for. 

Same Day Cancellation.  As a courtesy to players waiting to start league play, please notify the League Play Coordinator if you must cancel on the day of the scheduled round.  Payment will not be refunded and you may not apply your payment to another day.
