  • Sponsor Spotlight - Theresa Seil and Maust & Leone

In this Sponsor Spotlight we recognize a Double Eagle Sponsor that is also a Chapter Member. We want to showcase Spotlight on Support – One of our Own – Theresa Seil and Maust & Leone!

Maust & Leone are licensed Medicare brokers who focus on education and total client satisfaction. Chapter member Theresa Seil is a Licensed Insurance Broker affiliated with Maust & Leone. Theresa provides education to clients as a foundation to their Medicare journey.

Theresa had an extensive career in Human Resources, spanning organizations from Preferred Care (now MVP) to Rochester Regional Health and finally with GE. Her greatest satisfaction was in the areas of employee benefits and education. Having the opportunity in late 2020 for a career change, Theresa paused – took time away from corporate America and recharged. She made the decision to focus on Medicare as an educator and advisor to her clients.

    Getting to Know Theresa

How long have you lived in the Rochester area/Western NY? Where are you from originally?

“I am a Medicare Broker, licensed in NY, FL and IN.”

What do you love most about your industry, company or occupation?

“Helping people transition to Medicare. It can be confusing, and our goal is to take the confusion and anxiety out of the process. Maust & Leone has an excellent, knowledgeable and caring team of Brokers. I like educating people on Medicare so that they have a better understanding of this important component of their healthcare.”

Who got you into the game of golf and when did you start playing golf?

How long have you been a member of LPGA Amateurs?

“Since 2022 - we joined at the Rochester Golf Expo! I did not golf at all in 2023 due to a shoulder injury and subsequent surgery.”

What do you love most about golf?

“The challenge! It can be so frustrating but the opportunity to improve on every shot keeps me motivated LOL! I also love being outside on such pretty courses and enjoying (generally) the weather.”

Favorite place that you have golfed?

“There are many around here...Greystone, Ravenwood, Sodus Bay, Lakeshore, Caledonia. And I LOVE the courses in the Myrtle Beach area!”

On January 8, 2025 we gathered at Monroe’s for a fantastic happy hour pop-up social event! The evening was filled with laughter, camaraderie, and great conversations as members came together to connect off the course.

Monroe’s provided the perfect setting with its welcoming ambiance, delicious appetizers, and refreshing drinks. From meeting new friends and catching up with old ones, the night was a wonderful reminder of the friendships and community this group fosters.
