Chapter News and Announcements
  • New Association Name and Bylaws adopted

At the Special Meeting on October 5, the membership unanimously approved the new legal name and 2020 Chapter Bylaws.  15 members joined the meeting on-line, with another 33 submitting proxy votes.  The legal name of the association is now the Ontario Women's Amateur Golf Association, operating as the LPGA Amateur Golf Association, GTA Chapter.  Our old legal name was the EWGA GTA Chapter, which needed to be replaced as EWGA no longer exists.  Please direct any questions about the new name or Bylaws to the Board of Directors.
  • Inaugural Provincial Championship

The inaugural Ontario Provincial Championship was held on Saturday, September 19 at Burlington's Hidden Lake GC.  53 competitors, representing all five Ontario chapters,  and 20 members who came out for fun enjoyed the cool but sunny conditions on the New Course.
