League play is in full swing!

If you are interested in becoming a member and playing in one of our leagues, please reach out to us. While you must become a member of LPGA-Amateurs to play in our leagues, you can play up to 2x at any league as a guest before that time to "try us out" before becoming a member. We encourage guests to play with us year-round at any one of our league courses. Contact the league chairwoman for more information on how to join us any week throughout the summer months.

We welcome golfers of all skill levels, from beginner to advanced, and have a variety of leagues to choose from. If you have any questions about our chapter leagues, click here

Details Date/Time: Saturday, August 7, 2019 8:00 a.m.: Range / Check-in Open 9:10 a.m.: Be in carts ready for instructions 9:30 a.m.: Shotgun start Who: Open to all members of the Madison, Milwaukee, Fox Cities/Green Bay Chapters and WWSGA members Format: 2-Person Teams - Combination Format: 6 Holes: Best Ball 6 Holes: Scramble 6 Holes: Alternate Shot Tournament Format We will use a combination format (much like a Solheim or Ryder cup competition) that should provide both fun and challenge. Each format will be played for 6 holes. Best Ball [Holes 1-6] Each player on the team plays her own golf ball throughout the 6 holes. Simply record the gross score for each player on the scorecard. The computerized scoring will calculate the low net score -- or "best ball" -- of the two, which will serves as the team score. Player A gets a 5, B gets a 4, then the team score for that hole is 4, because the low score of the group was B's 4. Scramble [Holes 7-12] In a scramble, each player on the two-person team tees off on each hole. The best of the tee shots is selected and both players play their second shots from that spot. The better of the second shots is determined, then both play their third shots from that spot, and so on until the ball is holed. Record the gross score for the team on each hole. Alternate Shot [Holes 13-18] The 2-person team alternates hitting the same ball. Both players tee off, one of the drives is selected. The second player hits the second shot, the first player hits the third shot, and so on until the ball is holed. If your drive is selected on the first hole, then you must use your teammate’s drive on the next hole. Scoring Each 2-person team will submit their scorecards at the end of their round. The coveted Badger Cup trophy will be awarded to the winning Chapter. This Chapter will receive the traveling Badger Cup trophy and their Chapter Name and year will be emblazoned on the trophy for eternity. HOLE EVENTS – CHANCE TO WIN PRIZES!!
