REFUND POLICY: If you request a refund before the Chapter has paid what is due to the course & catering, you may not receive a complete refund. If you request a refund prior to this payment to the course & caterer, you may receive your full registration fee less the credit card processing fee in a refund. Please note that the amount of a refund remains at the Chapter's discretion.
