2025 Refund Policy

Due to an increase in processing fees and the high number of late cancellations we experienced in the past, we have instituted a new refund policy.

  • If you cancel your event registration prior to the published closing date, there will be a $5 processing fee deducted from your refund. 
  • If you cancel after the closing date, there will be no refund as we still have to cover our commitment to the golf course. (You are welcome to find a sub to take your place.)

    Details

    Registration Fees:  $125 per golfer

    Price includes 18 holes of golf with cart, dinner and prizes.  Dinner after the round is all you can eat family style salad, pasta, oven roasted chicken, potatoes and ice cream.

    This tournament format is a shamble. All players tee off, as a team pick the best drive, everyone hits their second from the chosen best drive.  After the second shot, all golfers play their own ball until each hole is finished.  Sign up as an individual golfer or as a team.
