LPGA AMATEUR GOLF ASSOCIATION (LPGA AMATEURS)
The LPGA Amateur Golf Association (LPGA Amateurs) is a women’s golf community that provides opportunities for all women to learn to play, play better, have fun and make friends.
The mission of the LPGA Amateurs is to provide a welcoming golf community for all women. The LPGA Amateurs transcends geographic boundaries with over 15,000 members and Chapters in over 130 cities (and growing) in the US and internationally. We bring together and connect women who share a passion for golf by hosting thousands of golf, social and networking events annually, as well as providing members with the opportunity to participate in major national tournaments and events.
Diverse in every way, LPGA Amateurs members play golf for a variety of reasons – to learn something new, to connect with other women, for health and wellness, to compete, for business, or just plain fun. Just as our events vary, so do the skill levels of our members – from beginners embarking on their first lesson, to those returning to the game to lifelong golfers.

New Members: Individuals who are not listed in the current LPGA Amateurs database as ever being members.
Renewing Members: Someone who is a current member and is purchasing a membership for 2026.
All current members have the same renewal period of 12/1/25 - 3/31/26, pay the full annual dues amount, and have the same expiration date of 12/31/26.
Current members who do not renew during the 12/1/25 - 3/31/26 renewal period are subject to the rejoin membership dues rate as shown.
Current members who have not renewed before 12/31/25 are not allowed to register or participate in Association-wide or Chapter events and activities until they renew.
Rejoining Members: Someone who is in the LPGA Amateurs database, but is not a current member and is purchasing a membership.
Dual Chapter Costs (when a member wants to add more than one Chapter): The cost to add another Chapter is $35. You can do this when they join, rejoin, or renew. If you want to add a Chapter after you have already paid for the year, email membership@lpgaamateurs.com.
About Our Chapter and League
Where we play
Monday Afternoon League - Flamborough Hills for 9 or 18 holes with the option to stay, eat some dinner and socialize with old and new friends. The league runs from May to September. You can play as many or as little as you like...but we hope we'll see you a lot! Tee times start at 4:30 for 9 holes and 3:00 for 18 holes.
Midweek Afternoon League - for our members who want to pick up another round for the week, we have rounds either on Wednesday or Thursday evenings, but mostly Thursdays. You now have the option to play 9 or 18 holes.

Please note: As a key benefit of LPGA Amateurs is enabling women to 'connect' through a shared passion for golf, our practice is to mix up our members each week to create new and unique foursomes. Pairings and tee sheets will be finalized by the League Manager. Exceptions may be requested, for reasons such as:
- members who bring a guest(s) - see Guest Policy below
- members who are carpooling (either same or adjacent tee times)
- new members who would like to play with a friend for the first 1 or 2 rounds
- tournaments where you may enter as a team

How tos
How we arrange your tee times and foursomes
Round signups will open 2 weeks before the date of play and will close at 7:00 am 3 days prior to play date.
All players in the Hamilton-Burlington Chapter league will receive an invitation email when a round opens for signup.
The round invitation will indicate the course of play..
Players are to email through "Send Message to League Manager" for any specific requirements for play otherwise, it will be assumed you are playing 9 holes. If you want to play 18 holes (where option provided), you must email Barb, the League Manager.
The day before the tee sheets are sent out, you will receive a reminder about the round, allowing you to cancel if you can't make it after all.
Each Player will receive an email with the tee sheet information and their tee time confirmation. The tee sheet will also be made available on the Golf Genius league portal. Most golf courses will also send a confirmation of tee times.
You are to pay the pro shop directly when you check in for your round.

How to cancel a round that you've already signed up for
If you need to cancel your round before the Round Signup Cutoff Date, you have 2 options:
Find the original round invitation and click on NOT PLAYING, which will cancel your round signup, or
You can cancel your round directly in Golf Genius - under Quick Links on our website, click on “Ontario Events and Leagues Directory”, scroll to find our HamBurGirls league, select the round you want to cancel, click on Edit Registration, and click on Cancel.
If you need to cancel after the Round SignUp Cutoff Date (you’ll know because you got your tee-sheet & the round is closed on Golf Genius), please Email the League Manager and the others in your foursome and, call the course. If cancelling between Round Signup Cutoff Date and the round, you must cancel your tee time directly with the course.
With respect to rounds at Dragon’s Fire, if cancel within 24 hours of your tee time, you will be charged the green fee, plus tax, plus a 10% administration fee
Guest Policy
Guests are more than welcome to join us. Members are allowed to bring a guest to a league round up to 2 times. After that the guest must apply for a membership if wanting to continue playing in the league. To include your guest, use the "Edit Registration" function to add their name and email. Alternatively, email the League Manager with your guest’s name and email.
Guest eligibility - women aged 18 to 70+ who have not previously attended a League round as a guest.
