Our league uses Golf Genius software, so you will receive a weekly email for the relevant rounds (Mondays at Flamborough Hills and either Wednesdays or Thursdays at various courses) to register two weeks ahead. When you receive the email, you respond back by clicking “Playing” or “Not Playing” for that week.   Then a "reminder" email will go out before tee times are set to ask you if you are still playing.  The final email with your playing partners and tee times will be sent out 2 - 3 days before each league round. 

Cancelling your round must be done in advance by calling the Pro Shop at each course directly, emailing League Manager (Barb Busing) and as a courtesy let the other members in your foursome know that you are unable to golf. 

For rounds at Dragon's Fire, you will be charged for a late cancellation or no-show.
