Ann Mackey, President, Director & Founder

Ann Mackey has been a member of the association since 2009.  Ann has been playing golf for approximately 25 years and still has a lot to improve!  

Before forming the Coastal NJ Chapter, she has held the positions of Events Director, Tournament Director and League Coordinator in Northern NJ, and Vice President in Central NJ.  She initiated collaboration via multiple inter-chapter events with the nearby chapters in New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania.  Charitable, she introduced Play for Pink to our organization.  By stepping out of her comfort zone and playing in competitive events, her experiences have unveiled the many ways The LPGA Amateurs (Coastal NJ) builds confidence and community.

Ann invites you to come out and play with us. 

Alice Anselmo, Treasurer and Director     

Alice Anselmo has played golf for a number of years with the LPGA Amateurs.  She will be serving on our chapter board as our treasurer and is looking forward to organizing opportunities for our members to play at Eagle Ridge Golf Club in Lakewood this summer.

Bev Harris,  Golf Genius Support

Bev joined the LPGA Amateur Central NJ chapter in 1996 when it was called Executive Women’s Golf Association.  This is the same year she learned to play golf. She was involved in several leadership roles involving membership and put the first EWGA Central NJ website together. She moved to Barnegat in 2021 and a year later joined the Coastal NJ chapter. Today she keeps dual memberships as she have many friends and associates in both chapters.

One day Bev was speaking to Ann Mackey about wanting to get more involved with the Coastal chapter. Well guess what happened! She now runs the Tuesday Two Putt 18-hole travel league and is administrator for the Golf Genius site. She loves to volunteer with any events or tasks, because, as we know many hands make the job easier for all!
