2023 Tee Off Luncheon Guest Speaker Katelyn Ward's Exercises
Members and Guests at the Tee Off Luncheon loved the simple exercises provided by our guest Speaker, Katelyn Ward an Athletic Trainer. We also learned the differences between an Athletic Trainer and other physical therapist. Here are the Dynamic Exercises to help ward off injuries during the season.
