EVENT REFUND POLICY FOR LPGA AMATEURS TUCSON

A member may cancel online prior to the Registration Deadline. When the request is received for a refund, the player, Events Chair, and Treasurer will be notified. The Treasurer will process and mail the refund to the player. Refunds will be issued minus a 10% administrative charge.

No refunds will be issued after the Registration Deadline Date.

Members are welcome to find a substitute. The substitute must pay the member directly. The member will not receive a refund.

All substitutions must be reported to the Events Chair no later than 4 days prior to the event. The Events Chair will immediately notify the Golf Genius Chair so that pairings and scorecards can be updated appropriately.

GUEST/ NON MEMBER PARTICIPATION  POLICY

Guests/non-members may be invited to participate in LPGA Amateur Golf Association and Chapter activities as provided in the specific activity details. Guests/non-members may be charged a higher fee than members at these events. A guest/non-member may not participate in more than two (2) Chapter activities in the same calendar year, excluding social events. Guests are required to join the Association in order to attend a third event during the year.

Visiting members from other Chapters are not restricted by this Chapter Guest Policy. However, visiting members who request to

play in the event/activities of the same Chapter on a regular basis may be asked to become a dual member of that Chapter.
