Arizona Golf Association (AGA) State Medallion 2020

Every year your LPGA AGA Tucson Chapter hosts the annual State Medallion Qualifying Competition. This individual stroke play competition consists of four rounds of 18 holes at the same course - typically in the Spring through the Fall. This year’s competition is being held at El Conquistador’s Cañada course on May 17 and 23, August 9 and 23.

You may play as many rounds as you like, but you must compete in at least two to qualify. All golf is to be played by the USGA Rules of Golf and each hole must be putted out.

After the 4-round competition, one OVERALL LOW GROSS and one OVERALL LOW NET winner will each take home an AGA medallion to commemorate their achievement. Those two players will advance to the State Medallion Championship held in Phoenix in January 2021 at a golf course TBD. Attending this tournament in the past has been lots of fun for our members!

You must be a current AGA member through your LPGA AGA Tucson Chapter to compete in this competition. Your GHIN/Course Handicap prior to each round will be used. If you would like more information about joining the AGA, or have questions about the tournament, please contact Jacki McCue at GolferJacki@mccue.biz

For those of you who are not members of the AGA, fun play is available! $49 each round, including tax.
