IMPLIED RELEASE

By registering for an event with LPGA Amateur Golf Association – Central New Jersey, you acknowledge that you agree to the following: 

I give LPGA Amateur Golf Association the absolute right and permission to use my photograph in its promotional materials and publicity efforts. I understand that the photographs may be used in a publication, print ad, direct mail piece, electronic media, or other form of promotion. I release LPGA Amateur Golf Association, the photographer, their offices, employees, agents, and designees from liability for any violation of any personal or proprietary right I may have in connection with such use.


PARTICIPATION POLICY

Chapter Golf Events

The LPGA Amateur Golf Association – Central New Jersey welcomes all women to join our golf and educational events.  Non-members may participate in up to two chapter events to gain familiarity with our programs. After attending two events membership will be necessary to continue to enjoy all our chapter has to offer.

Chapter Open Golf 

The LPGA Amateur Golf Association – Central New Jersey welcomes all members to play at Cranbury Golf Course on Sunday afternoons.   The chapter has designated tee times. To participate, chapter members should follow the instructions as forwarded in the weekly e-blast announcements.   Non-members are also welcome subject to the two event maximum policy as previously outlined.

Chapter Leagues

The LPGA Amateur Golf Association – Central New Jersey offers its members the opportunity to play in leagues throughout the region.  To participate, members sign up at the beginning of the season. Each league has a maximum number of participants set as a cap per negotiation with the golf venues.  Sign up during the season is allowed and encouraged if the league is below its maximum capacity. If the league is at maximum capacity, a substitute sign up list is developed; league captains notify substitutes as spots become available.  Substitutes must be registered.

PAYMENT POLICY

LPGA Amateur Golf Association - Central New Jersey events are offered on a prepaid basis.  Payment will be made via credit card on registration system sign up. If payment will be made by check this must be arranged with the Chapter Treasurer.

Should a payment not clear (i.e.: Insufficient Funds, check returns, cancelled or invalid credit card, etc.) a member must pay and square accounts with the Chapter Finance Director within 15 days of notice.  Failure to do so will result in temporary suspension of membership privileges eliminating the opportunity to sign up for future LPGA Amateur – Central New Jersey events.  Membership privileges will be reinstated once payment is received.

The Boards decision on suspension is in keeping with the LPGA Amateur guidelines on the subject.

REFUND POLICY

Payment for all events is final and there are no refunds.  In the case of inclement weather, as long as the course is opened, the event will go on.   The event coordinator will contact all participants if the event is cancelled.
