Chapter Policies

Any regular league player has the privilege of bringing a non-member as a guest for a particular day, subject to clearance with the league coordinator before play. The guest player is required to pay the greens fee, aligning with the standard practice for league players. A guest is allowed to participate in a league and/or event up to two times before being encouraged to join the LPGA Amateur Golf Association - Coastal NJ Chapter by paying the membership fee. This transition may occur at any point during the season.

Your registration signifies a commitment to participate, and the LPGA Amateur Golf Association Coastal NJ does not provide refunds. While substitutions are allowed, it is the player's responsibility to secure a substitute. If a waitlist is available, the coordinator may assist in finding a replacement. All arrangements must be coordinated with the league coordinator before playing, and any payment exchanges occur directly between the involved players.

We deeply respect the personal privacy of each site visitor.

The golf course determines its playability in adverse weather conditions.

The coordinator will communicate with registrants regarding weather-related issues before play.

The LPGA Amateur Golf Association - Coastal NJ Chapter presently lacks a mandatory attendance policy. However, members signing up for leagues must confirm or cancel their attendance three days in advance. Weekly confirmation sign-up emails will be sent to league members for this purpose. In the case of last-minute emergencies, please contact the league coordinator promptly. Consistent attendance contributes to positive relations with host courses from year to year.

Your cooperation with this policy is highly valued!
