  • 2023 Holiday Outing

60 members and volunteers had a fantastic time at the Pompano Beach Pines course, followed by a festive dinner event at nearby Galuppi's. A huge thank you to Julie Healy and Nancy Board for organizing this super fun event, and our volunteers for their spirited support.

Additional THANK YOU goes to Heather Weeter, Suzie Poirer, and Kathy Burke who, in the spirit of the holidays, donated their 50/50 winnings back to our event charities. With their help, we raised $970 for the Kids in Distress, and $900 for Pantry of Broward. These contributions helped keep uson the LPGA Amateurs 'NICE' list.

  • CHAPTER FUN GOLF GETAWAY AT PGA VILLAGE in PORT ST LUCIE
In June our members enjoyed 3 days of golf on the Dye & Ryder courses, cards, friendship and "staying hydrated". The courses were beautiful and the weather almost perfect. But being with old friends and meeting new ones was the BEST!

A special thank you to committee members - Kathy Beard, Becky Barstow, & Shellie Morrison - who did a great job in assisting me throughout the planning of this trip.

  • Ft. Lauderdale Chapter Retains the Wildcard Cup!!

After a long wait for a rematch, our chapter successfully defended our title over The West Palm Beach Chapter and retained the cup.

Both teams fought hard and the day was filled with friendly competition, lots of laughs, and new friendships. Thank you to everyone who participated and made it such a memorable event. See you next year as we look forward to continuing this tradition.
