Chapter Events

All members play and participate at their own risk and should review and adhere to local, state and government COVID-19 advisories.  Help assure everyone's enjoyment by maintaining a safe and comfortable environment including taking any wellness precautions.

To register for a Playdate, click on RSVP. This will assure you of a spot. Payment is done at the course.

TO CANCEL AN RSVP FOR A PLAY DATE PRIOR TO THE DEADLINE POSTED FOR THE EVENT (see Event Description below).  DO NOT REPLY to your order confirmation as that email does not go to the Event Coordinator.

To cancel your spot, locate your Order Summary in your email and click on "View & Manage"; click on the ticket; on the left side is an RSVP, click on "Cancel Order".

TO CANCEL AN RSVP FOR A PLAY DATE AFTER THE DEADLINE POSTED FOR THE EVENT  (see Event Description below).  Contact the Event Coordinator DIRECTLY.  Depending on the course requirements, we may be held accountable for your spot and the Coordinator will need to assist you.

    This is a joint play date with the Huntsville chapter as we will celebrate the 35th Anniversary of the LPGA Amateurs Golf Association.     The Pearl Club is a semi-private award winning 18-hole championship golf course.  The Don Charles designed layout provides players of all levels a challenging and diverse experience. With rolling fairways, five lakes, strategically placed bunkers, immaculate greens, and multiple teeing areas, the course can play from 5,500 yards up to 6,925 yards, par 72.  Golfers are drawn to its serene natural surroundings and a course design that harmonizes beautifully with the Kentucky landscape.
