Golfer/League Terminology
Beginner Golfer: Players new to golf or have minimal playing experience or those not yet ready to play on a regulation course
Beginner-Intermediate Golfer: Average 60 or less for 9 holes on a regular course
Intermediate-Advanced Golfer: Average 55 or less for 9 holes on a regulation course and have or are in the process of establishing a handicap
Social/Casual League: Foursomes/Tee times are set by the league captain; however, handicap is not necessary and no handicap-related games will be played.
Formal/Competitive League: Foursomes/Tee times are set by the league captain; handicap is mandatory (or you must be working toward establishing your handicap) and games will be played requiring a handicap.

Weekly modified match play points accumulate for the season with prizes going to 1st, 2nd & 3rd place winners. In addition, a game of the week is played for prize money (i.e., low putts, most fairways, etc). The league members gather afterward to dine/socialize at a local restaurant.

Description: Monday Pipestone League is a casual league and attracts women of all skill levels. This league is a great way to have fun and focus on individual growth throughout the season. The group stays after play for food, drink and socializing.
Players will be given a punch card to be used for each week, valid for golf only.

After the round, the clubhouse is a great place to get a bite to eat, a beverage, and share in the camaraderie.

Description: This casual league is every Wednesday morning. Various courses are played and tee times usually begin around 9am. There is an administrative fee of $10. You pay the course whenever you play.

Leagues at Beavercreek and Yankee are pre-paid for each session. Unless play is officially cancelled by the captain (in agreement with the club pro) PRIOR to the first tee time that night, NO RAINCHECKS ARE GIVEN. Each participant is responsible to be at the course early enough to be on the tee and ready to play at the assigned time, or to have notified the captain ahead of time of her inability to play. The captain will then attempt to find a sub to play that night. The original player does NOT get a refund for missed play dates.

Girls’ Getaway Weekend on Saturday, July 27 and Sunday, July 28.
Ladies, get ready for a weekend of golf, friends, food, games and FUN!!!! We will be traveling to Sellersburg, IN and Henrysville, IN , to play two awesome courses, Covered Bridge and Champions Pointe Golf Clubs on July 27 and 28. Rooms have been secured at the Hampton Inn in New Albany for Friday and Saturday. You can reserve for the event and the hotel block via a provided link or call the hotel directly to reserve a king or two-queen room beginning now.
