- First – Chef’s selection
- Second – Panzanella Salad
- Third – Lobster Cannelloni with creamy basil, pesto and blistered cherry tomatoes
- Fourth – Melon and mascarpone with honeydew and cantaloupe, raspberry mascarpone, shaved coconut and toasted pistachios
