Diane Welhouse

President

Diane Welhouse, CKBR, CMC, has been a member of the Milwaukee Chapter since 2019 and served as a mentor to the Rookies League this past year. She brings 30+ years of executive leadership experience across nonprofit and for-profit sectors. Diane is a strategic and operational business consultant, leadership coach, and national speaker at Welhouse Consulting, LLC, helping organizations with strategy, execution, operations, leadership development, and culture. She also serves on the NARI Board of Directors and chairs the Bylaws & Ethics Committee.

Teri Kraus

Marketing & Sponsorship Director

Teri is a seasoned Sales & Marketing VP with 28+ years in the Transportation Finance industry (GE Capital / BMO Transportation Finance), building the Wisconsin territory to $60M in annual revenue. She retired in 2023 and is now focused on traveling and playing golf. She holds degrees in Business/Management and Marketing, with strengths in strategic planning, content creation, and brand awareness through innovative campaigns.

Julie LaMarche

Golf Leagues & Education Director

Julie is new to the board for 2026–2027. She recently retired from a long career in IT as a PMI/PMP Facilitator, ISO Auditor, and Consultant. She specialized in migrations and continuous improvement and joined the Milwaukee Chapter in 2024. In the off-season, you’ll find her playing simulator golf.

Kaitlyn Mayer

Marketing & Communications Director

Kaitlyn is new to the board as Marketing & Communications Director. She spent several years in marketing before returning to IT after earning her master’s degree. She now works as a User Experience Architect for UW–Milwaukee’s Graduate School & Office of Research and joined the Milwaukee Chapter in 2024.

Linda Nila

Finance Director

Linda has been a member since 2006 and previously served as Treasurer for the LPGA Amateurs Fox City Chapter. She’s a former construction industry CFO and looks forward to managing local finances and giving back to the Milwaukee Chapter.

Sandy Wysocki

Sponsorship Director

Sandy is the Executive Director of the Sharon Lynne Wilson Center for the Arts and has held leadership roles across publishing, development, and audience growth. She holds an MBA from Marquette and enjoys golfing, biking, running, and cheering on the Brewers.

Patty Rose

Events Director

Patty has 35+ years in a B2B industry with deep experience in event planning, including national and international events. She lives in Sussex and is excited to continue serving the chapter.

Mary Dziewiontkoski

Membership Director

Mary has been a member since 2005 and has volunteered in many roles, including serving as President. Recently retired, she is excited to continue welcoming new members and supporting Rookie ladies.
