Volunteer

The Milwaukee Chapter of the LPGA Amateur Golf Association is powered entirely by volunteers. From leagues and outings to social events and competitive tournaments, everything we offer is made possible by members who give their time and talents.

If you have a passion for golf, enjoy organizing events, love meeting new people, or simply want to give back to the chapter, there is a place for you here.

Why Volunteer?

Volunteering is a great way to:

  • Meet more members and build connections
  • Develop leadership and professional skills
  • Share your strengths and ideas
  • Help grow women’s golf in Southeastern Wisconsin
  • Make a meaningful impact on the chapter experience

Whether you have a specific skill set or just a willingness to help, we welcome your involvement.

Rookie League Mentors

Our Rookie League is one of the most important and rewarding programs in the chapter. It is designed to support new and returning golfers in a welcoming, low pressure environment. Each week includes instruction from a golf professional along with guidance and encouragement from experienced member mentors.

Rookie League Mentors help:

  • Welcome and support new golfers
  • Reinforce skills learned during clinics
  • Answer questions about golf etiquette and course play
  • Encourage confidence and connection

If you enjoy helping others grow their game and want to make a direct impact on a member’s first experience with our chapter, this is an incredible way to get involved.

Site Captains

Our leagues wouldn't be possible without our amazing Site Captains. Site Captains help create a welcoming, organized, and fun experience for league members throughout the season. They serve as the primary point of contact for their league and help ensure league nights run smoothly.

No previous experience is required. We provide guidance, resources, and support to help you succeed.
