- We had a successful Play for P.I.N.K. outing on September 17^th at the Highbridge Hills Golf Club in Highbridge Hills.   Every year we play Pink Lady. Every team gets a pink ball and the foursome rotates the ball as each hole is played. The team that manages to hold on to the pink ball for all 18 holes wins the game. This year, the 1st place team was Elsie Ahrend, Diane Anderson, Sue Stager, and Sheila McShane. The 2nd place team was Sue Roberts, Jennifer Taddeo, and Darlene Robinson.  Diane Anderson won longest drive, and Lori Dolnick won closest to the pin. The chapter was able to raise $800 for BCRF through registration fees and bidding on 3 prizes. Ingrid Brase made a lovely seat cover, Donna Beland donated a Visa gift card, and the course donated a foursome that we raffled off.  Thanks to Sue Roberts for putting this outing together, and to the Play 4 Pink Foundation for donating the team prizes.

- We concluded our season with the FINAL PUTT outing and luncheon at the Hopewell Valley Golf Club in Hopewell on October 15^th.  36 chapter members enjoyed a pre-round breakfast, golf and the awards and recognition luncheon afterwards.   It was a beautiful fall day and the 9 scramble teams enjoyed the fall colors and each other’s company.   Congratulations to the day’s golf contest winners:  the first-place scramble team of Siobhan Beere, Sheila McShane, Maya Murthy and Marge Zietchick, longest drive: Dot Garrihy and closest to the pin: Doris Rudnick.   President Donna Beland also recognized the volunteers who helped make the 2022 season such a success.   She was also recognized for her contributions to the chapter both as Events Director and President.

- Congratulations to our Match Play team, the Scramblers!  This year our chapter had two teams compete in the Cup Qualifier, that was held in Clifton, VA at the Twin Lakes Golf Course in September: The Scramblers and the Back 9 Bandits. It was a fun filled weekend playing golf and meeting new women from different Chapters. The Scramblers will be playing in the National Championship – The Cup Finals, which will be held at the Horseshoe Bay Resort, in Horseshoe Bay TX, near Ausitin TX, on 10/29 and 10/30.  Scrambler team members are: Donna Beland, Nancy Schirilo, Diane Peterson, Capt; Tia Toms, Sue Stager, Spring Taylor, Lynn Jewell and Annette Owens.  

- Congratulations to our 2023 Board of Directors:  President Jennifer Taddeo, Treasurer Diane Anderson, Director of Marketing Julie Bannon, Secretary Theresa Petras, Director of Membership Karen Ostaricki and Director of Events Alexis Walling.

-       We enjoyed a great day of golf with our neighboring North Jersey chapter members at the Heron Glen Golf Course in Ringoes, NJ on August 7.

-       On August 27th, 16 chapter members enjoyed the beautiful day golfing at the Royce Brook Golf Course in Hillsborough,NJ. Congratulations on the contest winners for the day:

-       Our July 9^th golf outing at Bunker Hill was lots of fun!  Although the weather looked a bit threatening, the weather gods blessed us with a beautiful day!  We also had a special guest, Gina Kepple, from the Pittsburgh chapter.  Congratulations to our contest winners of the day:

  -       The Cherry Valley Country Club was the site of our mid-week outing this year.  It was a hot day, but a breeze made it bearable as we enjoyed this beautiful course in Skillman, NJ. Including some after golf refreshments.   Congratulations to our contest winners for the day:

• Straightest drive: Bev Harris
• Closest to the pin: Ingrid Brase

-       Five members of our chapter participated in the 2022 Northeast Sectional Championship Qualifier:

Nancy Schiliro – First Flight

Diane Peterson – Second Flight

Tamara Schmidt – Third Flight

Doris Rudnick – Third Flight

Dianne Romer – Third Flight.

The event was held on June 24-25 at the Birdsfoot Golf Course in Freeport, PA.  This Pittsburgh favorite features large undulating greens, and breath taking views.

Diane won 1^st place, Low Net in her flight, Nancy and Tamara also qualified to advance to the Finals in their flight as well. We all had a great time, sunny weather, good food, drinks, laughter, an overall fun time!

Congratulations to everyone who participated.  The Finals will be held at the Callippe Preserve Golf Course in Pleasanton, CA on July 29-30.

We had a wonderful Sunday outing at Pebble Creek Golf Club on May 15th. Members enjoyed this lovely golf course and several stayed for a meal afterwards.

The Central NJ supported two local charity events held at the Forsgate Country Club with sponsorships, The Perlman Cup supporting Special Olympics and the Annika Foundation.

- Our Tee-Off Event for the 2022 season was held on March 19^th at the Knob Hill Golf Club.   It was a great gathering of chapter members who enjoyed inspirational speaker Debbie O’Connell, shopping with our vendors and a great meal!

- The chapter welcomed new members with a virtual orientation on March 31 and a New Member Outing at the Neshanic Valley Academy course on April 9th.   Thanks to the new members and veterans that played on a cold and rainy Saturday morning!

- Our events season kicked off with the Season Opener held at the RiverWinds Golf Club on April23.
