Despite the soaking deluge that passed through Long Island the night before, our Play for PINK outing did take place at The Vineyards on Monday, August 19, although with a one and a half hour delay in starting time. The weather continue with a mix of sun, clouds with the occasional sprinkle, but 18 holes of golf was enjoyed by our 79 members and guests, followed by a wonderful buffet lunch.
At lunch, we held a raffle to benefit the BCRF (breast cancer research fund) and $2700 was raised and will be donated. Special thanks to Barbara Stahl for her tireless volunteer work during registration and selling the raffles.

LPGA Amateurs Long Island Chapter celebrate Womens' Golf Day this year at Crab Meadow. Golf Course.
The day was filled with spectacular golf shots, fun times, and wonderful pictures to capture all of the memories!
