NATIONAL WOMEN'S GOLF DAY - June 4
Many Women's Golf Day events are being planned for Tuesday June 4th, designed to celebrate women's golf around the world. These events range from social and golf activities at indoor facilities, to clinics and 9 holes of golf at discounted rates. The new TopGolf Miami Gardens location could be a fun place to celebrate this day! Check out the WGD website for other events happening in our area. 

SUMMER SOLSTICE GOLF CHALLENGE - June 21
If 18 holes of golf is not enough for you in one day and you are just getting warmed up by the end, then we have the perfect event for you. The “Summer Solstice” Golf Challenge! Read more HERE and sign up to play while supporting the FIRST TEE of BROWARD. 

LOCAL CHAMPIONSHIP QUALIFIER ONLINE AUCTION - May 25 - June 1

GET READY!!!  Our On-line Auction opens on May 25 and closes one week later at midnight on June 1.  There will be GREAT stuff on auction including golf bags, golf clothes, play-fours at all our favorite courses , airline tickets and much much more.  The auction proceeds are used to subsidize the chapter’s activities and is our single best fundraising event of the year.  Don’t miss it!  *For MEMBERS ONLY*

LPGA AMATEUR CUP QUALIFIER - Sept 21-22
Registration for the 2019 LPGA Amateur Cup (Match Play) opens on June 3 at 9pm. Our chapter has five teams set to compete (East Coast Eagles, Birdie Bombers, Bad News Birdies, the Fireballs and the Flippin Birdies). If you would like to form a team, recruit eight LPGA Amateurs members with current handicaps and a team captain, and then email Celeste with your information.
**Southern Qualifier is September 21-22 at LPGA International in Daytona Beach
**National Finals are November 1-2 at Reunion Resort in Orlando

  • Registration is Open for Biggest Loser Handicap Challenge - How low can you go? The goal of this National challenge is to lower your Handicap Index. Participants are flighted and the winners of each flight will receive a prize. The player who lowers her Handicap Index by the most strokes will win the Grand Prize - a round of golf for the winner and a guest with 2-time LPGA Major Champion, Brittany Lincicome!   • Several LPGA Amateurs systems will be unavailable on Saturday, April 27 due to scheduled maintenance.  Affected systems include Member Clubhouse, handicap system, chapter website editing (websites will still work, but you won't be able to log in).  Maintenance will begin at 6 AM ET and is expected to conclude no later than 12 PM.
  • The Women on Par Scholarship Program has officially launched for 2019! This year we have narrowed our focus in order to have a more direct impact on our members and their family’s lives. We’re excited to announce we have changed the eligibility requirements to only LPGA Amateur members, daughters and granddaughters of members.
