14th Annual Badger Cup Interchapter Event

Participate in a fun, 2-person team event, alongside other teams from our Milwaukee Chapter, to battle for the Badger Cup and bragging rights for the next year. Don't miss out on a great opportunity to play a fantastic golf course in a fun format (combination of best ball, scramble, and alternate shot), as well as meet and mingle with members of the other Wisconsin Chapters. Each team member's handicap (or average 9-hole score) will be used to create a net score on each hole for your team.
 
This event is open to both LPGA Amateurs Members (Madison, Milwaukee, Fox Cities/Green Bay, Stateline Chapters) and to WSGA Members *.
*WSGA players will be added to the LPGA AGA team which most closely corresponds to their geographic location
 
When: August 7, 2021
Check-in begins at 8 am with shotgun start at 9:30

  • Scramble Open Recap: We were thrilled to welcome 264 LPGA Amateurs members at Pinehurst Resort on May 28-29 to participate in the 2021 Scramble Open.     A special shout out to The Buckeye Birdies (from Columbus, OH) who defended their title as the Scramble Open Champions in 2019 and 2021.
  • PGA Tour Superstore Exclusive Member Discount Weekend is June 25-27: Be sure to take advantage of this exclusive offer for LPGA Amateurs members to receive a 15% discount  on purchases made on June 25-27  (IN STORE ONLY). Members must show LPGA Amateurs ID card to cashier at time of purchase to receive the discount. (Digital or printed ID cards are sufficient). 
  • 2021 Women on Par Scholarship applications available now! These scholarships are intended for women, ages 30 and older, who are attending a college or university for the first time, or returning to school after an absence to complete their technical/vocational, Associate, or Bachelors degree.  In 2021, two (2) scholarships will be awarded: One (1) $2,000 Women on Par scholarship and one (1) $1,000 Women on Par scholarship. Milwaukee Chapter Minglers
Minglers are scheduled monthly during non-golfing season and once during the summer.  Information about each is posted on the LPGA Amateurs Milwaukee Chapter Facebook page and Milwaukee Chapter website, and emails are sent to members.  Another great way to meet new friends and contacts.

Rookies League Mentors
Rookies is an excellent way for new and returning golfers to get back into the swing of things.  Each week they meet and do clinics and learn from a golf pro and mentors.  We need volunteers to help with mentor our new and returning golfers.  If you are interested in volunteering for this important role, please email the board LPGA AGA Milwaukee Chapter Board and include Mentor in the subject line.
