LPGA Golf 101 for Adults Only

Designed by the DLGA with our members in mind.   Starting this Spring.

LPGA Golf 101 is a group instruction program designed to be an overview of the game, how to swing, basic rules & etiquette and how to play on the course. It is perfect for the new or returning golfer or that casual golfer looking for the next step in skill and knowledge. 5 hours of instruction taught over 2 days (2.5 hours each day). Level 1 classes provided for the brand new golfer and Level 2 classes provided for the players that have completed Level1. Students will need to attend all days of a session as each session is not taught identically based on skill sets of participants. Make-up classes will be offered only if weather conditions require a class to be canceled.

$99 per person; total of 5 hours of instruction.

the Dona Lerner Golf Academy is the place to go.

For LPGA Amateurs Triangle Chapter Members only a series of clinics to help improve your skill level and overall enjoyment of the game. 
All Clinics are @$25.00 per person
All Clinics are on a Wednesday from 5:30pm-6:45pm 

All classes will meet by the Academy Equipment Shed on the practice range. We will start on time, so please arrive promptly.
Cancellations within 24hrs may result in charges for class fees. If you must cancel within 24hrs, please EMAIL DONA 

April 8th      Spring Tune
Complete with warm-up exercises and a simple swing assessments for all. 

April 15th.     Putting and Chipping
How to, when to & club options.  Green reading for both sides.

April 22nd      Pitching 
Pitching various pitch shots & locations. 

May 6th      Bunker
Greenside and fairway, make good choices from club selection to shot selection.

May 13th      Full Swing with Driver and Fairway Metals
Set-up & control off the tee. When to choose them and how to be dependable when you

May 27th     Full Swing with Irons
Contact, trajectory, flighting.  What is the value of knowing how far you carry these clubs on average

June 3rd    Wedge Play
How important are your wedges to scoring opportunities

June 10th    Bunker 
Greenside and fairway, make good choices from club selection to shot selection.

June 24th    Putting and Chipping
How to, when to & club options.  Green reading for both sides.

Oct 7th     Short Game 
All shots inside 40 yards

Oct 14th Full Swin
All clubs in the bag

Oct 21st.    Fairway Woods & Driver
