Members who elect to participate in events, leagues and/or clinics play at their own risk. Please review and adhere to local, state and government advisories.

2026 MN Metro Team Match Play

When: September 13; tee-times will start at noon with awards and social time immediately following at Red River Kitchen.

Location: Braemar Golf Course, Edina

Cost: $84 includes green fees, post-round box lunch, course and team prizes! Optional cart fee is $22 paid at the course.

Boxed Lunch Options, all include chips and cookie and gluten-free bun option:

Turkey & Bacon - smoked turkey, bacon, cheddar, sundried tomato spread, fresh baked bun
Italian Sandwich - ham, salami, pepperoni, pepperoncini, provolone, red wine vinaigrette, fresh baked bun
Caprese Salad - fresh mozzarella, tomato, mixed greens, pesto, balsamic vinaigrette (vegetarian)

Event Format: Team Match Play (think Solheim Cup!) – Players will be divided into two teams with balanced handicaps and then matched with an opposing team player with similar handicap to compete hole by hole, with the winner of each hole earning a point. The player who wins the most holes wins the match and earns 1 point for their team. The team with the most points wins the tournament. Players of all skill levels are welcome! Course games will be included.

Players must have an established GHIN Handicap to participate. If you have not yet registered for a GHIN number, you may do so here: LPGA Amateurs Minnesota Metro - Handicap. It takes a minimum of 54 holes of golf to establish a handicap index (any combination of 9-hole and/or 18-hole rounds) so there’s still time!

Fall Golf & Year-End Event

18 Holes of Golf • Food • Prizes • Drawings • Fun

Join us for our annual Fall Golf & Year-End Event at Valleywood Golf Course in Apple Valley! This will be a relaxed, social round open to LPGA Amateur members and member-invited guests, with on-course pin prizes for players of all levels - no competitive events, just golf and fun.

When: Saturday, October 3

Tee Times: Begin at 10:57 a.m.

Where: Valleywood Golf Course, Apple Valley

Cost: $60 per player

Your registration includes 18-hole green fees, on-course prizes, drawings and food after golf. Carts are optional and may be purchased individually at the course.

Stay for the 19th Hole!

After golf, join us in Valleywood's reserved back room for food and drinks, prize drawings, pin-prize awards and a short chapter program recognizing our volunteers and captains and celebrating another great golf season.

Volunteers Needed

We could still use a few volunteers on event day for player check-in and photography. Volunteers can play in the event, although some may be placed in the final group.
