UPCOMING EVENTS

2026 Events Calendar

Our regular golf season officially wrapped up with the End-of-Year Dinner on December 10th. However, the fun doesn't stop for the winter! Keep an eye out for "pop-up" events when the weather permits, and stay tuned to our monthly newsletter for updates.

We begin planning our 2026 calendar in January, leading up to our official season opener: the Spring Kick-Off Event at the end of March!

How to Sign Up: The Punchbowl App

We manage all event and outing registrations through Punchbowl. To ensure you don't miss out, please complete the following steps:

  1. Download the App: Search for "Punchbowl" in your app store and create an account.

  2. Check Your Email: Our Events Director will send invitations to the email address provided during your LPGA Amateurs registration.

  3. Timing: Invitations are typically sent 10 days before each event.

  4. RSVP: You must reply directly to the Punchbowl invitation to attend.

  5. Pairings: Confirmed players will receive pairings via the app a few days before the event.

Sold Out? Join the Waiting List

If an event is full and you’d still like to play:

  • RSVP "No" on Punchbowl.

  • Add a note explicitly requesting to be placed on the waiting list.

We actively monitor these requests and frequently move members into playing spots as openings arise.

We are currently looking for leaders for all these chapter committees.  Please contact our president

Mary Jane Satre if your interested.

  • Tournament Committee: Help organize and execute our larger competitive events, coordinate with courses, and manage tournament logistics.

  • Social Committee: Help plan and execute our off-course gatherings, dinners, and mixers that keep our community connected.

  • Spirit Award Committee: Assist in identifying and celebrating members who embody the true camaraderie and sportsmanship of the game.

  • Election Committee: Ensure the future of our chapter by managing the leadership transition and board nomination process.

OUR BOARD:Serving on the Board of Directors is the ultimate way to shape the future of our chapter and give back to the game we love. As a board member, you’ll collaborate with a dedicated team to steer our strategic direction, manage chapter operations, and ensure we continue to provide a premier experience for all our golfers. It is a rewarding leadership opportunity that allows you to leave a lasting legacy on our community. If you’re looking to play a more integral role in our success, we encourage you to consider stepping into a board position during our next election cycle!

For the current season we are still looking for a Vice-President (who will step up next year for President)

For next year we will be looking for a new Communications Director.
